Nosodes and sarcodes are two of the kingdoms we go deep on in the School of Intuitive Homeopathy, and this is a piece I don’t hear talked about enough.

Your immune system isn’t just fighting things off, it’s the border that lets you know where you end and the world begins.

When that border gets overwhelmed by chemicals, toxins, or chronic infection, the sense of “who am I” can genuinely start to blur, especially in kids.
That’s part of why we teach this kingdom with so much depth.. it’s not just biology, it’s identity..

The moment “I’m bored” becomes a flare, here’s what I want you to know..

Boredom intolerance gets missed because it doesn’t look clinical..
it looks like a meltdown over nothing, or a sudden need for a screen fifteen times a day.

Nosodes sit in most dispensaries unused, until a case like this shows up.

When constitutional prescribing stalls, nosodes are often the missing layer, not a replacement for the simillimum, but a way of speaking directly to an immune system too confused to respond to anything else. Knowing when and how to bring them in is a skill on its own.

You already know it’s rarely “just strep”, the question is whether you know what else it could be.

Most of us were trained to look for strep and stop there. But in my experience, the PANS/PANDAS cases that walk into the clinic are layered..
viral, bacterial, Lyme-related, mould, yeast, parasitic, sometimes more than one at once.

One of the most important lessons PANS and PANDAS has taught me is this:
A child’s behaviour is often the final chapter of a much bigger story.

Behind the anxiety...
Behind the OCD...
Behind the rage, tics or regression...
there is usually a nervous system that has become overwhelmed.

When we only focus on stopping the behaviours, we risk missing the deeper pattern that created them in the first place.
That doesn’t mean every child has the same story.

And that’s exactly why homeopathy can be such a thoughtful system of medicine. We don’t prescribe for a diagnosis, we prescribe for the individual child sitting in front of us.
Every case asks us to listen a little more closely.
