STOP ✋🏼 playing the victim!

This photo was taken when things had started to and were about to become extremely challenging in my life.

I was about to ride a very big wave and I knew it.

I agreed to it after all.

You’ll see me smiling most of the time because I’ve learned that by playing the victim I’m not claiming the abundance of lessons this circumstance is offering me.

Don’t get me wrong there are tears and tantrums but most of the time I look for the opportunities to gain strength and I’m careful who I’m vulnerable with these days.

These opportunities also provide us with the opportunity to nurture ourselves. The light shines upon our wounds so that we may see them and heal them with our love and attention.

Far too often we abandon ourselves and continue to drain our precious energy with self pitty denying ourselves of the life force we need to heal with and overcome.

My two mantras, I live my life by are “the sun will rise and the sun will set, that I know for sure, what happens in between is simply a set of experiences to learn from”.

The other is “the adventure is safe, the comfort zone is not safe”.

If you don’t allow for the growth phase nature will do it for you and she’s not so gentle (aka Karma).

Crisis point! ⚠️

Been there plenty of times 🤦🏻‍♀️

You know, when the ground beneath you falls away and you feel lost, alone, scared, worried, uncertain, confused and sometimes sad 😔

During these times energy is low and it’s a tough gig to simply “get on with it” let alone rebuild your bloody life.

I believe nature does not give you anything you cannot handle!

You have been chosen to repaint your picture, follow your desires/instincts and watch your life be created in a whole new and exciting way.

Be open to all the adventures and possibilities that await, try new things, join new groups, call someone you haven’t in ages, say yes when it feels right and no when it doesn’t, be brave but know what you want, DO NOT SETTLE and DO NOT COMPARE! Your purpose is completely different to that of those around you!

Nature is supporting you! You are not the victim, you have been chosen! Make the most of it! 💛🌸🧡
