Well... this happened this morning! ✨
My first Lion’s Gate Manifesting Workshop — Reset • Align • Manifest 🌿
I quietly opened bookings to my regular clients first and the workshop filled with 8 beautiful ladies before I even shared it here! 🥹
We spent the morning resetting, aligning, manifesting, doing some kinesiology, journaling, connecting and creating our own personalised flower essences to take home. 🌸
It was such a beautiful morning. 🤍
Thank you to everyone who came and made it so special.

✨ Sometimes what we’re trying to fix on the outside is really a sign that something within us needs nurturing.
Last night reminded me how important female connection truly is. 🌸
Not just for fun or “something to do”… but for our wellbeing, our energy, and our sense of self.

As women, we give so much to everyone around us. But when we stop making time for connection, joy, movement, laughter, and support… we can start to feel out of balance without even realising why.

Sometimes healing begins with reconnecting to ourselves — and to other women who help us feel seen, heard, and supported.

A very special moment 🤍. Receiving my Diploma of Energy Psychology.
This journey has been so much more than study…it’s been deep inner work, growth, healing and expansion. Learning to support others through subconscious, emotional and energetic layers is something I feel incredibly honored to do.
So grateful for the guidance and support of my beautiful teacher Belinda and the knowledge I now get to share with others.
I can’t wait to continue supporting clients in their healing, connection and transformation.
