This week, National Reconciliation Week provides an opportunity to reflect, learn and continue building respectful relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all Australians.
The 2026 theme, “All In”, encourages all Australians to come together and play a part in advancing reconciliation - through listening, learning, respect and meaningful action.
At PBE Rutherford, we recognise the importance of creating inclusive workplaces and strong community connections, while continuing to learn from and acknowledge the histories, cultures and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and pay our respects to Elders past and present. We also extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Reconciliation is an ongoing journey, and this year’s theme reminds us that progress is strongest when we are All In - together. Reconciliation Australia
