I don’t have a favourite place.

I have my favourite people. 🤎

The women I can sit beside and be completely myself.

The ones I can laugh with until my belly hurts, cry with without needing to explain, dance with, sing with, and share the messy, beautiful, real stuff of life.

The women who remind me that I don’t have to carry everything alone.

This is what I love about Circle.

It’s not really about the space we gather in.

It’s about the people who gather there.

The feeling of being witnessed.
Of being heard.
Of belonging.
Of coming exactly as you are and knowing there is a place for you.

Over time, strangers become familiar faces.
Familiar faces become sisters.
And somewhere along the way, you realise you’ve found your people.

That’s the magic I keep coming back for.

And maybe you’re looking for your people too. 🤎

Come sit in Circle with us.

You might just find some of your favourite people there.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to betray ourselves without even realising we’re doing it.

Not in some huge, dramatic way, but in all the little moments where we ignore what we actually need, say yes when we mean no, stay quiet because we don’t want to upset someone, or make ourselves smaller so other people feel more comfortable.

Sometimes we convince ourselves that we’re being kind, understanding or keeping the peace, when really, we’re abandoning ourselves.

And I think so many of us have learnt to do this from a really young age. To be good. To be liked. To not be too much. To keep everyone else happy.

But there comes a point where you have to start asking yourself, what happens when I keep choosing everyone else at the expense of me?

Coming back to yourself can be uncomfortable. It can mean disappointing people. It can mean having difficult conversations. It can mean letting go of the version of you that has spent years trying to be everything everyone else needs.

But there is something so powerful about beginning to listen to yourself again.

To trust your own knowing. To honour your needs. To speak your truth. To choose yourself without feeling guilty for it.
Because loving other people shouldn’t require you to leave yourself behind.🌹

A place to slow down.
To connect.
To share honestly.
To be witnessed without needing to have it all together.

This is what I love about women’s circles. They create space for real connection, deeper conversations and a softer way back to ourselves.

And I’d love to keep gathering with you through the rest of 2026. 🤎

I’ve been thinking about how important it is to actually support the women around us.

Not just saying we support women, but actually doing it.

Go to her event.
Buy the ticket.
Share her post.
Tell your friends about her business.
Send her a message.
Show up when you can.
Celebrate her when something good happens for her.

Because behind every business, every offering, every event, every creative idea, there is a woman who has put herself out there.

And sometimes that can feel really vulnerable.

We all know what it feels like to put something out into the world and wonder if anyone is going to come.

So when another woman opens a space, starts something new, follows an idea, creates something from her heart… let’s support her.

Not from obligation.
Not because we expect something back.

But because we know how much it means to feel supported.

There is enough room for all of us.

Her success doesn’t take anything away from yours.

And I honestly believe that when we start genuinely cheering each other on, something shifts.

More connection.
More community.
More women feeling brave enough to keep going.

So this is your little reminder today…

Support your sisters. 🤍

I see you 🌹

Reminding you of your strength, your softness, your beauty and your power.

The parts of you that get lost in the doing, the giving, the caring, the holding it all together.

You don’t have to become someone else to be powerful.

You don’t have to harden to be strong.

You are already her.

Let this be your reminder to come back to yourself. 🌹

The women in my life. 🤍

The ones who have held me when I’ve fallen apart.
The ones who have made me laugh until my belly hurts.
The ones who have challenged me, witnessed me, celebrated me and reminded me who I am.

Some have stayed.
Some have come and gone.
Some arrived unexpectedly and somehow became home.

I’m so grateful for the women who make life feel a little less lonely, a little more wild, and a whole lot more beautiful.

Women really are medicine. 🌹
