It's in her DNA💫
My Grandaughter loves my Energy Healing room, the plants, the crystals, my drum and of course her Nana Fox
She makes my heart and soul sing 🎶 💖

I am now facilitating small meditation group sessions.

To begin with, group sessions will be held on Wednesdays, alternating between morning and evenings each week.

As spaces are limited, prior booking is essential!!!

You can book via my Square booking app:

Please bring your own cushion and any supports you need to sit comfortably on the floor.

Sessions are $10, with payment required at the time of booking. If I need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund.
