Most people will feel lonely sometimes. However, chronic loneliness can lead to physical and mental health issues.

We are conducting research into the relationship between self-connection, sense of self, loneliness, and social connection. Participation involves completing a short confidential online questionnaire.

Who can participate? Adults aged 18 and over, who reside in Australia, and read English proficiently enough by self-assessment to read and answer the survey questions.

The survey is estimated to take around 20 minutes to complete.

Participation is entirely voluntary. This research is being conducted by Tara Darlington ([email protected]), Dr Aileen Luo, and Ms Liz Sheppard.
Researchers’ relationship: Employees (Luo and Sheppard); Student (Darlington)

Your participation in this research can help improve understanding of and support for people experiencing loneliness in the Australian community.

I have been in the garden and all the lovely gardening analogies are coming forward.

What are you cultivating in your life?
What ideas are seedling?
What is the quality of the soil (your energy) that you are planting into?

Taking time to reflect and ‘test the soil’ will help ensure that the energy that you put into things aligned and supportive of your vision.

I have a few workshops coming up to support you with this:

🧘‍♀️ Restorative yoga to unwind the nervous system and turn in.

💃 Pelvic floor workshop to help adjust your lifestyle to support your foundation

☕️ Conversation on my research on maternal depletion to help build protective factors, get off the road to burnout, and create a life you love 🧡

🙏 Deep Winter Retreat 2026 to rest, refresh, and recalibrate.

Hi! How’s the family?

How’s your pelvic floor?

As we get busy throughout the year, sleep, mental health, physical health, relationships - with others and with yourself - can suffer.

And so can your pelvic floor.

If you need a refresher, or you’ve putting off learning more (especially if level exercises aren’t working, or you simply don’t doesn’t to do them) ….

I have an alternative approach that has helped many women - including women with prolapses!

If you have worked with me, I would love you to comment your experience to help others.

I’m running a Restorative yoga class for women’s health Monday October 20th, 6-7pm, followed by How’s Your Pelvic Floor - a grounded feminine holistic approach - workshop 7-9pm

Restorative Yoga 🧘

The monthly new moon is a time to pause, reflect, and tune into what you want to cultivate the coming month.

This month I am getting frog vibes. Frogs have been in numerous conversations, and I could hear them last night in rain.

Envision where you want to be, draw it into the present moment, and take inspired action that will leap frog you into your preferred way of living, being, and connecting. 🐸 With all your focus and energy moving together in the one direction, anything is possible.

*identify and plug energy leaks
*bring your vision and actions into alignment
*enjoy the ride by living in the present moment
*allow space for flow and playfulness, creating ease of movement in what you do.

This requires you to come into gratitude, stillness, and clarity.

Book now for our August new moon ‘frog inspired’ intention setting, Sunday 24th August, 8pm on zoom.
