The centre of our logo is the mythological bird the Phoenix which symbolises rebirth, renewal, improvement and transformation. The story of the Phoenix is about a bird that never dies but regenerates by burning itself and then rises from its ashes to live again stronger than before. We acknowledge that we all experience adversity and hardship in life, and we truly believe that
we are all able to rise above, growing in courage and resilience. The true purpose of the fitness industry is to provide an effective service that facilitates positive change in the way that we choose to live in order to prevent chronic lifestyle related disease of the body and the mind, to lead to a happy and healthy life. Both of us, the owners and operators of RiseFit , have demonstrated our ability to change our own lives, and we know that we can do the same for you. We seek to guide our members through a journey of change in order to enjoy an improvement in physical and mental health and therefore - wellbeing. Our page is used to make others aware that life can be hard to cope with at times, but with a positive attitude and faith in your inner strength that every challenge can be seen as an opportunity to change and grow. We aim to motivate those in the world around us that are facing physical or mental hardship to rise from their ashes to live a happier life.
