Looking for a fun way to connect with other parents and caregivers?

Join us at TuesYAY; a relaxed, welcoming group where parents, carers, little ones, grandparents, family and friends can come together, connect and enjoy some time in good company.

No two sessions are the same because the activities are guided by the people in the room. One week might include a dance party, chair yoga or board games, while another could involve bubbles, book recommendations or a brand-new idea from the group.

This week celebrates the incredible growth, learning and connection that happens during the earliest years of life.

From birth, babies develop through everyday moments with their parents and caregivers. A cuddle, a smile, a conversation or a comforting presence all help children feel safe, supported and connected as they grow.

Infant Mental Health Awareness Week is an opportunity to recognise the importance of these early relationships and celebrate the positive role families and communities play in helping babies thrive.

They can affect mums, dads and non-birthing parents during pregnancy and after birth.

Many parents carry these experiences silently because they may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or concerned about how others might respond.

Support matters. Conversations matter. Community matters.

No parent should feel they need to navigate this alone or simply “push through.”
