Employment & Peer Support — Non-NDIS
If you're not on NDIS, you can still access one-on-one mentoring and group peer support — either through your Job Network Provider or as a self-funded participant.
What we offer
Individual mentoring or group peer sessions
Employer introductions and resume preparation
In-work support once you land a role
AOD referral pathways when needed
Lived-experience guidance to build confidence and routine
How it works Committing to 2–3 hours per week for 4–6 weeks is often the sweet spot to gain traction. Sessions can be face-to-face or remote.
Rates $50–$80 / hour depending on whether you choose individual or group support.
Funding note Some Job Network Providers will fund one-to-one sessions if you can't afford to pay — it's worth asking. We get it.
