Unbreakable Gold Coast is a supportive health and fitness community for parents who want to get stronger, healthier, and more confident — not just for themselves, but for their families. We believe physical health, mental resilience, and self-belief

are the foundations for handling life’s challenges and creating the outcomes that truly matter. It’s about showing up, building consistency, and leading by example — so your kids can see what strength, discipline, and self-respect look like in real life. Unbreakable runs structured group training sessions on the Gold Coast, with morning and evening sessions available Monday to Saturday. Sessions are held locally at Gaven State School, making it accessible for busy parents balancing work, family, and life. If you’re ready to invest in yourself so you can show up better for the people who rely on you, you’re in the right place. Unbreakable is suitable for all fitness levels. Every session can be scaled up or down depending on where you’re at right now. Whether you’re just starting or returning after a break, you’ll be supported. What type of training do you do? We focus on strength, conditioning, and overall physical capacity, combined with mindset and accountability. Training is challenging but achievable, with an emphasis on consistency rather than extremes. Is this just a gym or bootcamp? Unbreakable is a community. Training is the vehicle, but the bigger goal is building confidence, resilience, and habits that carry over into everyday life. Who is Unbreakable for? Unbreakable is designed primarily for parents who want to improve their physical and mental health, regain confidence, and lead by example for their families. What if I’m busy or inconsistent? That’s exactly who this is for. Sessions run mornings and evenings, and the community is built to support real life — not punish you for it. Where are sessions held? Sessions are held locally at Gaven State School, with easy access for Gold Coast families. How do I get started? Send us a message or comment on a post. We’ll help you figure out the best starting point with zero pressure.

10 days ago, a group of ordinary people did some extraordinary things.

They climbed mountains.

Leapt off cliffs.

Paddled and swam across lakes.

Opened up about the doubts, and challenges they’ve been carrying for years.

But the real challenge was never the mountain, the cliff, or the water.

It was fear.

Fear of failure.
Fear of judgement.
Fear of getting it wrong.
Fear of taking the first step into the unknown.

At the Unbreakable Retreat, every challenge is designed to remind people of something important:

Confidence doesn’t come before action.

It comes because of action.

Every time we face a fear, have a difficult conversation, take a leap of faith, or do something we didn’t think we were capable of, we expand our view of what’s possible.

Not just in fitness.

In life.

Because the same courage it takes to leap from a cliff is the courage it takes to:

apply for the job
start the business
leave the unhealthy relationship
ask for help
set boundaries
back yourself

It’s not about being fearless.

It’s about realising we are capable of moving forward even when fear is present.

As Sir Edmund Hillary famously said:

“It is not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves.”

Thoughts from Nepal:

I think ideally we’d all like to live a long prosperous and fantastic life.

But if given the choice between quality of life and quantity of life, I think I would pick the former.

We returned from our Himalayan adventure just two days ago and my head and my heart are still in the mountains, still with the team of lads that I spent the 3 1/2 weeks exploring that incredible landscape with.

Now don’t get me wrong. Theres nowhere else and no other group of people I’d rather come home to, it’s just going to take a little adjustment getting back to our lives.

After a few reflection here are some of the things that I wanted to share with you that I took away from that trip:

1) We have no idea what we’re missing out on, and we also have no idea how good we’ve got it.

It took guts saying yes to go on that journey. It wasn’t easy and it wasn’t cheap, but my God was it worth it.

On the other hand I got to see what real poverty looks like, and it made me realise that the only reason why I am where I am and why they are where they are is just dumb luck. And I am incredibly grateful for that dumb luck.

2) Even Sherpas trip.

We met some absolutely crazy dudes on our trip. We sat at a table with 6 Sherpas, between them they’d summited Everest 50 times. Yet you would never know it because they don’t brag about it. It’s just something they do.

Despite their superhuman qualities they still trip and fall over and even occasionally get sick.

Point is, even the best make mistakes, doesn’t mean they’re not the best.

3) The journey is the destination.

Most of the joy and meaning comes from the process of moving oneself from A to B, not from the moment when we arrive at B.

I summited two Himalayan peaks. I spent approximately 10mins atop each of them. This was only possible due to the months (and I guess even years) of training beforehand to prepare our bodies to be for that environment.

Whilst the achievement feels great, some of the most memorable moments had nothing to do with summits. It was things like listening to the Sherpa’s stories, banter with the guys, and singing karaoke with the locals that stand out just as much. The journey was epic 🙏

3.5 weeks, -20° temps, 6200m of elevation, and a once in a lifetime experience with great mates 🙏

Tomorrow morning, I’ll be heading to Nepal as part of a five man crew to go and summit two Himalayan peaks over the next 23 days🏔️

We will be trekking in some of the most remote regions in the world, camping on the side of snowcapped mountains, climbing with ice axes, and soaking up the Nepalese culture!

If you’d like to see how the journey unfolds feel free to add/follow me on Facebook and/or Instagram to check out the daily updates as we take on this epic adventure.

Can’t wait to take on this challenge with my friends, and to share the journey with you.

Being Unbreakable doesn’t mean life stops testing you.

It means you keep taking steps forward anyway. 👊

An Unbreakable mindset isn’t about perfection or endless motivation.
It’s about recognising when doubt, procrastination, or ego creeps in — and choosing to course-correct instead of quitting.

Progress doesn’t come from never stumbling.
It comes from staying in environments that help you stand back up and keep moving. 💪

Your Kids Are Watching — Even When You Think They’re Not

As parents, we influence our kids in ways we rarely stop to think about 👀

Not just in what we say —
but in how we look after ourselves,
how we talk about our bodies,
and the habits we model every day 🧠

This isn’t about being perfect 🙅‍♂️
It’s about being present, capable, and aware that time moves fast ⏳

Health and fitness means more than workouts to us at Unbreakable,

It’s part of the example we set ❤️

This isn’t a “before and after.”

This is what happens when someone commits to becoming a better version of themselves — for themselves and their family. 👊

In the past 12 months, Warwick has lost 20kg, rebuilt his confidence, and taken on challenges he once thought were impossible.
But the biggest win? He didn’t do it alone — and his actions inspired his wife and kids to start training too.

This is what real change looks like.
Not a quick fix. Not perfection.
Just consistency, accountability, and the right people around you.

Your kids learn more from what you do than what you say.

Looking after your health isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being present, capable, and setting an example that lasts. 🌱

That’s what health means to us at Unbreakable.

There’s nothing stopping you from being in the best shape of your life.
And it doesn’t have to happen all at once.

Real change is built through slow, consistent improvements — the kind that feel manageable, sustainable, and realistic.
That becomes far easier when you’re surrounded by people who support effort, not excuses.

Your environment matters more than your age, your past, or where you’re starting from.
Get the environment right, and the progress follows. 💪

Most people don’t need more noise.
They need space.

Space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what actually matters — away from routines, expectations, and constant pressure to perform.

The Unbreakable Retreat (May 22–24) isn’t about escaping life.
It’s about stepping into an environment designed to challenge you, support you, and help you come back stronger — physically, mentally, and personally.

There are only 12 places available.
A few are already filled, a few more are in conversation — and the rest will go to people who feel that quiet pull and are willing to trust it.

If this video resonates, that’s probably not by accident.
Message me “RETREAT” and I’ll send you the details.

Motivation fades.

Good habits stick when the people around you want the same things you do. 🤝

Training like this isn’t about who’s strongest — it’s about who keeps showing up when it’s uncomfortable, boring, or tough.
That becomes a whole lot easier when the people beside you are doing it too.

Your environment shapes your outcomes.
Choose one that keeps you focused on what matters. 💪
