Clinical Psychologists Brad Shaw and Amber Rattray had the pleasure to work with the Year 9 students at Matthew Flinders Anglican College as part of their ‘Year to Rise: Character and Citizenship’ series. Over the past two weeks they have facilitated four brief presentations focusing on managing anxiety and stress in high school.
