Melissa Bailey STAR Therapies My Name is Melissa and I have been a Massage Therapist since 2008 and treat a range of clientele. I have been a Massage Therapist for 15 years and counting.

Experience includes working with NRL teams, Soccer, Cricket, Martial Arts, Triathlon, AFL and so much more. I do mobile treatments for tradesmen, mothers, students, and anyone who needs one. I have also been working with sports teams in the NRL for over 10 years (my main focus)and Other sports arenas including AFL, Soccer, Martial Arts, Cricket and more. I have Health Fund numbers so you can claim back.

60 minute massage = $90

Off-season is a great time to use massage as part of your preparation for the next season, rather than waiting until something hurts.

Why massage during the off-season matters

🏃‍♀️ Address niggles early
The off-season gives you time to work on areas that have become tight, sore or restricted during the season before they become bigger problems.

🧘‍♂️ Improve mobility
Regular treatment can help you maintain or improve your range of movement, which can be useful when returning to training.

💪 Recover from the season
Give your body a chance to recover from the accumulated physical demands of training, games and competition.

🔄 Prepare your body for training
As you gradually increase your workload, massage can be incorporated alongside your strength, conditioning and mobility work.

🎯 Start the next season feeling prepared
Don’t wait until pre-season is in full swing to start looking after your body. Use the off-season to build good habits and identify areas that need attention.
