What an incredible few days at ALPMA Summit 2026! 🚀

I had the privilege of presenting my workshop, “Great Legal Minds Don’t Think Alike: Neurodivergence as a Strength in Law” to a thoughtful and progressive group of legal practitioners and practice managers.

The workshop was only the beginning. The real magic happened in the conversations afterwards — the questions, the honest discussions, the sharing of experiences and the willingness of people to think differently about neurodiversity. I loved connecting with so many neurotypical and neurodivergent people who are passionate about making law more inclusive, innovative and human.

There were brilliant workshops, fascinating conversations and so many moments where I found myself thinking: this is exactly the right place for Occupational Therapy to be.

Thank you, ALPMA, for creating a space where we can have these conversations and participate in shaping the future of law.
I came away energised, inspired and even more excited about what is possible. ❤️

Today is International Equal Pay day, and we would like to acknowledge that gender discrimination still significantly limits opportunities, career advancement, and, of course, financial independence.

The ALPMA Business of Law Summit is right around the corner!
