Our nervous system and body is so intelligent and knows how to keep us safe with adaptations, survival and protective mechanisms.

The nervous system's role is to keep us safe and alive, it does a brilliant job.

Everyone's nervous system is unique and primed differently depending on the conditions and programs it was coded to along the human development journey.

We all have different triggers and that means we are human. There is nothing wrong with us.

I wonder if we remembered we have a relationship with our body/nervous systems, what would we discover? I wonder what would happen if we also became curious about the people's nervous systems with whom we are intimate with?

What if we were NOT trying to fix and change each other but to have an excitement towards understanding each other more.

I wonder how that would affect our ways of relating to and supporting ourselves and each other on the path of life? I wonder what would naturally unfold, shift and reveal itself from that place?

Bodies......

They come in all different sizes, shapes, colours and abilities.

There is no right or wrong. There is only what is, as it is in each moment.

What a miracle to be in this body, experiencing this life. ✨🤯

What a joy (not always)

It has taken many years to love this body, to accept me as I am. To hold myself with compassion, intimacy and to be here present, feeling, sensing, listening and responding from the truth of who I am rather than from fear and negativity.

Sure, I still witness myself comparing, wishing for something different and hearing the voice of doubt and despair, but as I deepen into the miracle and mystery of life, I deepen into love, curiosity and awe towards this unique human form that I am and how I express through it, the life that I am.

I witness the stories changing as I stay long enough to feel and hold myself in loving compassionate awareness. I witness my mind strengthening to recognise the truth that supports me in my magnificents and the magnificence of life.

We are all beautiful and I see each human this way and I pray for a world where we see through our differences yet accept our differences and relate to each other through the ONE heart, the ONE mind.

I pray for a world where we unite in love and support each other to experience the life of abundance we naturally are.

Just like nature is beautiful in all her forms and different expressions so are us humans.

So whatever body you are in and however you are choosing to express yourself in this life, in this moment, may you know how deeply you are loved.
