🎧 Supporting Inclusive Community Events in Port Lincoln 🎶
Through a recent ILC grant, Technology for Ageing and Disability SA (TADSA) was proud to provide a small grant to support Port Lincoln’s Silent Disco program. This funding enabled the purchase of 25 noise reducing headphones, now available for attendees to use at local events.
We loved the Silent Disco concept because it puts choice in the hands of participants — attendees can select the music they enjoy and adjust the volume to suit their needs. This simple but powerful technology helps create a more inclusive, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
TADSA is a volunteer driven, not for profit organisation that designs and builds bespoke assistive technology solutions for people living with disability. For more than 45 years, TADSA has been restoring dignity, independence, and freedom through practical, customised solutions that make everyday life easier.
