🔥 One of the most regular questions we’re asked - Infrared or Steam? What’s the difference? Which sauna is better for your body?
Answer - They both heat you up, make you sweat and get your cardiovascular system working — but they do it in different ways.
💡 Infrared Sauna uses radiant infrared heat to warm the body at a lower surrounding temperature. It generally feels gentler, allowing you to stay in for longer while still creating a heat response.
🔥 Traditional Steam Sauna heats the surrounding air to much higher temperatures. Which results in a more intense heat load, greater rise in core temperature and a shorter, more challenging session.
Both can support relaxation, circulation, sweating and muscle recovery — but the experience and physiological response can feel quite different.
So, what’s your preference?
💡 Gentle & longer — Infrared
🔥 Hot & intense — Steam
Choose the heat that feels right for you. ♨️
