We asked women affected by breast cancer what they needed most from a recovery retreat, and we listened.

Their insights have directly shaped our inaugural Restore & Reclaim Breast Cancer Recovery Retreat, where rest, connection and gentle support will sit at the heart of the weekend.

Thanks to grant funding from Westfund Health Insurance and our new partnership with The Otis Foundation, seven women will attend the two-night retreat fully funded this October.

✨ What a wonderful evening! ✨ Last Thursday night, we had the pleasure of attending the Rotary Club of Salamander Bay's Winter Celebration and Changeover Dinner, where Women's Healing Sanctuary was recognised as one of their 2026 community partners.

We were thrilled to be recognised, and Janine had the opportunity to share how Rotary's generous support will provide rest and healing stays for women in our community who are navigating grief, trauma, loss and life's many challenges.

To everyone at Rotary Club of Salamander Bay, thank you for believing in our mission and for investing in the wellbeing of women who need it most. Your generosity will create opportunities for women to pause, reconnect and restore, while helping to create lasting impact in our community.
