Events & offerings are curated intentionally in service to introspection, somatic release, self-understanding, connection &/or restoration.

* Shahna knew of COY before it existed when it was just an imaginal seed idea.

* Shahna and Ryan found each other at an ecstatic dance event at COY.

* Both have frequented COY on the regular as community members - individually up until they met and forevermore since then.

* Both are volunteers within COY Support Squad.

* Both serve from COY as valued facilitating partners.

& are are in India ATM running their meditation retreat. Life, love and business together… goals.
