I've become less impressed by hustle, busy schedules, and people doing the 'most'. I'm super impressed by good sleep, a calm nervous system, strong boundaries and things that make life a little quieter.
Funny enough, this s**t is often where better health starts.
Less stimulation.
Proper food.
Better energy.
More capacity.
