Ivy chose to work in the disability sector because she loves being able to make a real difference in people's lives. In her role as Rostering Officer, she plays an important part in making sure our clients have the right support and staffing when they need it.

Meet Kirsten, our new Assistant Service Coordinator!

With over 7 years of experience across administration, coordination, aged care and disability support, Kirsten is passionate about creating positive experiences for both participants and staff.

As a parent of a child with a disability, Kirsten brings a personal understanding of the journey many families experience when navigating support services. She loves being part of an industry where she can make a genuine difference and help people work towards their goals.

Kirsten is excited to be part of the Ross Care team and share our commitment to providing warm, caring and person-centred support.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kirsten spending time with her four boys, enjoying live music, dancing or getting stuck into a good documentary! 🧡
