Not every moment made the final cut... A little behind-the-scenes moment from our day at the Champions Connect Expo at Coomera State Special School. Because sometimes, one blooper is all you need. 😂

Your support doesn’t always have to happen in an office or clinic. Sometimes, the best place to receive support is right where you feel most comfortable: at home. 🏡💛

Depending on your NDIS plan, goals, and the type of support you receive, some services may be delivered in your home or within your community. This can make supports more practical, personal, and connected to your everyday life.

Whether you're building independence, developing daily living skills, or working towards personal goals, the right support can meet you where it matters most.

At Healthy Emporium, we’re here to help you understand your options and connect you with supports that suit your individual needs and goals.

Little hands. Big discoveries. 💜💙

For children with disability, play can be so much more than just fun. It can be a chance to explore, learn new skills, build confidence, and discover what they’re capable of.

Whether it’s stacking blocks, creating something new, or simply enjoying the moment, every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow in their own way.

Through the NDIS, the right supports can help children work towards their goals while building skills, independence, and confidence through everyday activities that matter to them.

At Healthy Emporium, we believe there’s no one-size-fits-all journey. Every child is unique, and every small step can be part of something bigger.

Because sometimes, big progress starts with something as simple as play.

Great support isn't about telling someone where to go. It's about walking beside them. 💗

At Healthy Emporium, we believe the best support starts with listening, understanding, and respecting that every participant has their own goals, choices, and way forward.

Through the NDIS, support should empower people to build confidence, make their own decisions, and take steps towards the life they want. Our role is to help make that journey a little easier, while keeping the participant firmly in the driver's seat.

Because you don't need someone to lead the way for you. Sometimes, you just need someone willing to walk beside you.

Hearing support can be about so much more than simply hearing better. It can help someone communicate, stay connected, participate in the community, and feel more independent.

Under the NDIS, hearing supports are considered a type of Assistive Technology. Depending on a participant's circumstances and eligibility for other programs such as the Hearing Services Program, NDIS funding may include hearing devices, related technology, assessments, repairs and maintenance.

The important part? The right device needs to be matched to the person's disability-related needs, goals and circumstances. An assessment from a qualified audiologist or audiometrist may be required to determine the most appropriate option.

At Healthy Emporium, we believe Assistive Technology isn't just about the device. It's about what that device can help make possible: conversations, connections, confidence and greater participation in everyday life.

Because sometimes, the right support helps you hear the world a little more clearly. 👂

Sometimes, knowing you have someone in your corner can make the NDIS journey feel a whole lot easier. 💗

Deborah’s words are a beautiful reflection of what we hope every participant experiences with Healthy Emporium: feeling supported, understood, and confident that someone is there to help make sense of it all.

A special shoutout to Maddy for the kindness, knowledge, and responsiveness she brings to her work. Helping participants navigate the NDIS isn't just about understanding plans and processes. It's about building trust and making people feel supported along the way.

Thank you, Deborah, for taking the time to share your experience. Your words mean so much to Maddy and the whole Healthy Emporium team. 🌷

Heart to Heart with

Great support doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when the right people work together.
In this highlight, we explore why strong communication between providers is so important in the NDIS. When support coordinators, support workers, and service providers collaborate openly, participants experience smoother transitions, clearer communication, and better outcomes.

It's a simple reminder that quality support isn't just about the services we provide. It's about how well we work together to put participants first.

🎥 Watch this highlight to hear why collaboration is one of the most valuable tools in delivering heart-led support. And if you haven't already, be sure to catch the full interview for the complete conversation.

Heart to Heart with Heart-led Support🎙️

Behind every great support journey is something that can't be measured on a checklist—genuine care.

In this conversation, we sit down to explore what it really means to deliver heart-led support. From building meaningful relationships and earning trust to empowering participants through collaboration, we discuss the values that shape quality support and why putting people first will always matter.

These conversations are important because the NDIS is about more than plans and services. It's about listening, understanding, and walking alongside participants as they work towards the life they want to live.

Whether you're an NDIS participant, family member, or someone working in the disability sector, we hope this conversation offers valuable insights and a fresh perspective on what person-centred support truly looks like.

🎥 Grab a coffee, settle in, and watch the full interview. We'd love to hear your biggest takeaway in the comments.
