For years, I thought feeling tired, bloated, stiff and achy was just part of getting older.

I thought waking up sore, feeling heavy, having a tight back, puffy legs and low energy was something I just had to accept.

Then I had my very first lymphatic massage.

I’ll be honest… afterwards I felt awful. My body was moving so much that I experienced what felt like detox symptoms, and I wondered what I’d gotten myself into. But once that passed, I realised just how sluggish and congested my body had been feeling.

Your lymphatic system is like your body’s waste removal and immune support network. Unlike your heart, it doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement, breathing, muscle contractions and manual techniques to help keep lymph flowing.

When that flow is reduced, some people notice things like:
