Today wasn’t just another FoodRun.

Today was about honouring the life of a man who genuinely believed in helping others.

Our entire FoodRun was dedicated to the late Dylan, whose kindness, generosity and willingness to give back left a lasting impact on those who knew him. Dylan never looked for recognition. He simply saw people in need and did what he could to make their lives a little easier.

As our volunteers travelled across Sydney delivering fortnightly groceries to families doing it tough, we carried Dylan’s legacy with us. Every family supported and every act of kindness was done in his memory.

We hope that wherever you are, Dylan, you know your compassion continues to inspire others. Your legacy lives on through every family we support and every volunteer who chooses to serve their community.

Thank you to every volunteer who gave up their Saturday to make today’s Food Run possible. Together, we didn’t just deliver groceries. We honoured a remarkable man.

At Giving Back Australia, our fortnightly food runs are about far more than delivering groceries. They’re about restoring hope, dignity, and reminding families that they are not alone.

Another Foodrun successfully completed by our dedicated team of volunteers.

Every fortnight we deliver fresh fruit and vegetables, quality meat and chicken, pantry essentials, eggs, hygiene products, and other household necessities to families doing it tough. None of this would be possible without the compassion, commitment, and generosity of our volunteers who give their time to support others.
