Corridor care is not safe care. We have reported our concerns regarding this practice to Safework SA and called for an urgent investigation. CEO/Secretary Elizabeth Dabars spoke with ABC Radio on the issue.

âť—PSEA25 update for public sector nurses & midwivesâť—

The ballot results are in, and the majority of nurses and midwives have voted not to accept the current Enterprise Bargaining offer.

The process will now move to the next stage, with the South Australian Government indicating it intends to pursue arbitration.

In the coming weeks, we will work with members across the state to identify the witnesses we will need and to gather evidence to support our case.

If you’ve been meaning to vote and haven’t yet, now is the moment.

ANMF SA’s position remains clear: while the proposed agreement doesn’t achieve every objective members sought, we believe accepting the offer is the best path forward.

The decision is now in members’ hands - we are ready for either outcome.

Make sure your vote is counted before voting closes.

🎉 ANMF WINS IMPORTANT FAIR WORK COMMISSION CASE 🎉

Warrina Homes application to terminate its Enterprise Agreement has been dismissed by the Fair Work Commission.

This is a significant win for ANMF members and an important decision for enterprise bargaining in aged care.

The Full Bench accepted that terminating an Enterprise Agreement while bargaining is underway would adversely affect employees' bargaining position and refused the employer's application.

A huge thank you to our Warrina Homes members who have supported this campaign and who are continuing to stand together and negotiate a new enterprise agreement.

The ANMF will continue fighting for fair wages, secure conditions and strong Enterprise Agreements for nurses and carers across aged care.
