Lauren has been a valued member of the Physica team, bringing warmth, and genuine care to every patient she works with. Her positive energy and dedication will certainly be missed around the clinic while she's away.

We’re excited to officially welcome Matt to the Physica team! 💪🎉

Matt joins the Physica Active gym as an Exercise Scientist after graduating from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science.

Matt has experience working with a wide range of clients, including elite youth athletes, the general population, and older adults. His passion lies in functional training, helping people move better, get stronger, and live life to their fullest capabilities.

At Physica Active, Matt will be:
✔️ Assisting with classes
✔️ Providing VALD assessments
✔️ Running 1-on-1 gym sessions
✔️ Supporting members with strength, rehab, and performance goals

We’re thrilled to have Matt on board and can’t wait for our community to meet him. Be sure to say hello when you see him around the gym! 👋

We’re excited to welcome Meg Smythe to the Physica Ringwood Physiotherapy team! 🎉

Meg brings experience across private practice, neurological rehabilitation, NDIS exercise rehab, and Clinical Pilates. With a background in netball, dance, cheerleading, and sports injury management, Meg combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise rehab to help clients get back to doing what they love.

Meg has a special interest in:
