We're BACK, baby!

So we've got Yoga at Emu Park Yoga on Monday at 9:15am in The Emu Park Cultural Hall - pay cash or card at the door (please arrive 10 mins early and BYO MAT).

Then we've got Rocky classes resuming on Monday at 6pm. ALSO Thursday's 4:15pm class is changing to Ashtanga Yoga - You're gonna love it. You can book at easthall.org/yoga or on the mindbody app.

FINALLY, we have TWO restorative sessions coming up. I'll post more about them, but there's one in Emu Park on the 18th and one in Rocky on the 25th. You can book for both at easthall.org/events - $45 pp or pay what you can. Make sure you're booking for the right location.

I had a feeling I had a lot to learn, but you don’t know how much you don’t know (until someone tells you).

I travelled to Nepal to complete my 300hr advanced teacher training, and I ended up being the only student in my course. It was intense but also such a blessing to have every hour tailored to my unique progression. I met brilliant people in the 200hr groups and we shared meals together that I’ll remember for the rest of my life - mainly because I laughed so hard I nearly choked. Some days were more challenging than others, and some of the advanced asana is for lunatics, but I pushed HARD and now ya girl is a 500 RYT.

I’m ready to go home to my daughter (who has been practising her hugs for when I get back) and my loving support network. I am also ready to be a teacher again even though I know I’ll be a lifelong student when it comes to living and implementing yoga.

Thank you Pokhara Yoga School for such an all-encompassing experience. I felt safe and cared for the entire time. It was a late night in February when I chose which school to attend, and I am so glad I picked this one.

Yoga Classes resume on Oct 12 in both Emu Park and Rockhampton.

I’ve learnt SO much and I’m keen to share it with you all. Some things will change, some things will stay the same.

I’ve missed you all!

As a little hoorah before I head to Nepal, we’re doing 108 Sun Salutations on Sunday at 11am.

You don’t need to be an advanced practitioner, you just need to listen to your body and rest when it asks you to!

This ritual is an experience. We breathe and move together in unison. You can challenge yourself for as long as it feels good ✨

Book in at easthall.org/events 🧡 I’d love to see you before I go away for a bit.
