A little peek at what went into the Inner Child Immersion…

The day before the retreat, I was putting together these little gift packs for everyone who joined.

Each one had a bookmark I made myself, an oracle message, stickers with little reminders, a tea bag and a pen — a few simple things to take home and carry a little piece of the experience with them.

So much thought goes into creating an experience like this — from writing the meditation and sound journey to creating these little moments of connection and care.

Who says healing always has to be serious?

Sometimes it’s about letting go, laughing, playing, feeling free & remembering the joy that’s already within you.

We all need a little more of that.

There is healing in reconnecting with the younger part of ourselves — the part that knows how to have fun, be curious and enjoy the moment.

Give that part of yourself a little more space.

A beautiful day of breath, sound, connection and inner child play. Grateful for every person who joined me. Such a beautiful bunch of people to hold space for.

Sound can give the busy mind something gentle to focus on.

The steady tones and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and other instruments can help create a space for relaxation, presence and stillness.
