Burnout doesnât always look like breaking down.
Sometimes it looks like waking up tired, losing patience over things that normally wouldnât bother you, feeling disconnected, struggling to concentrate, putting off the simplest tasks⌠or wondering where your spark has gone.
And the hardest part?
You can still be functioning.
Still caring for everyone.
Still showing up.
Still getting things done.
While inside, youâre completely depleted.
We often wait until our body forces us to stop before we give ourselves permission to rest.
But rest isnât something you need to earn.
You donât have to reach breaking point before you deserve care.
Sometimes the most nurturing thing you can do for yourself is simply pause.
Breathe.
Slow down.
Reconnect.
Give your mind and body the space theyâve been asking for. đż
Because looking after yourself isnât selfish , itâs necessary.
At Body & Soul, we believe wellness is more than what happens during a treatment. Itâs about nurturing the
mind | body | soul and creating space for you to feel supported, restored and cared for.
Listen to the whispers before your body has to shout.
