The Sacral Chakra 🧡

The sacral chakra is connected to our emotions, creativity, pleasure, relationships and the way we allow ourselves to feel.

When this energy feels balanced, we can move through life with more flow — trusting what feels right, expressing our emotions and allowing ourselves to experience joy without guilt.

But sometimes healing the sacral chakra means recognising where we’ve been giving too much of ourselves.

It’s learning that boundaries aren’t anger.
Walking away isn’t bitterness.
And choosing yourself doesn’t require an explanation.

There’s a different kind of power in reaching the point where you can simply say:

“I’m not mad. I’m done.”

No resentment.
No need for revenge.
No more trying to be understood.

Just acceptance, release and the decision to protect your energy.

When we’re with a client, our door is locked for a reason.

Energy work requires a space that feels private, calm and uninterrupted. Whether it’s Reiki, Spinal Energetics or another session, that time is completely dedicated to the person in the room.

No distractions.
No interruptions.
Just a safe space to slow down, reconnect and allow the body and energy to do what it needs to do.

So if you arrive and find the door locked, it simply means we’re holding space for someone inside.

The glue that holds so many families together. Behind every smile is a woman who has cried in silence, wondering if she’s doing enough, while carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders.

You are enough, and you are doing an incredible job.

Working in the world of healing and energy, I meet so many beautiful women, each with their own story. Today, I want to honour the women whose grief is often unspoken. The women longing to become mothers, the women missing their mums, and the women who pour their love into children, fur babies, family, friends, and everyone around them.

Your love matters. Your presence matters. And the care you give to others does not go unnoticed.

Today we celebrate all women — for their strength, softness, resilience, and unconditional love. 💛
