Male Disability Support Worker
📍 Shoalhaven / Nowra Region
Hackett’s Healthcare is looking for 1–2 male support workers to join our team immediately.
This role involves working closely with a young participant, focusing on mentoring, daily routines and building a strong, consistent support team.
🔹 About the Role:
- Immediate start available
- Overnight (sleepover) shifts required
- Mix of day, afternoon & weekend work
- In-home support including cooking & meal prep, cleaning & laundry, supporting daily routines and administering medication
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is reliable, patient and easy to get along with
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to be a positive role model
👉 No extensive experience required – training and support provided
🔹 Requirements:
- Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
- Fully insured vehicle
- Valid First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Available for overnight shifts
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
