Wildflower Art Therapy provides a safe, non-judgemental and gentle space for exploring thoughts, emotions and any facet of your life that you want to think or grow through.

No art experience necessary, just come as you are.

Exciting things are happening here at Wildflower Art Therapy!

I am so excited to now offer individual art therapy sessions for adults, children and anyone in between here in St Helens! A safe space to explore your emotions, to heal, to grow and to flourish.

The New Year is coming! This is a great time of year for reflection and thinking about the year gone and the year ahead. Our community has been through a stressful time over the past month - the local bushfire affected everyone in different ways and it is important to take time to reflect and process events like these.

Wildflower Art Therapy is opening up a warm, calm and safe space for anyone, adults and children alike, who want to reflect and explore the year of 2025, the effect of the events from the past month, and think about the possibilities of the new year.

This is an open studio - the space will be open from 11am - 3pm, with no set program. Come for as long as you like and create an artwork or 3. It could be 15 minutes and a scribble or it could be an hour. Spend the time you need to think, reflect, process and dream.

SATURDAY 3rd JANUARY 2026 (How crazy is it to write that!)
Sunrock Yoga Studio, St Helens
11am - 3pm
$15pp

Savouring Day 7 - The end of our 7 days!

Today my son and I searched for lizards in our garden. I don't often just lay down and look through the window into the garden, but it was a lovely moment of stillness for both of us. The lizard did not reappear but we did enjoy talking about what we could see and focusing on the light on the leaves.

I had planned to draw a memory for my last image, but this moment was special and a nice surprise! A joy :)

I hope you have enjoyed following along from home. This practice has been helpful for me to focus on the good things, and I hope you have noticed some joyful moments in your day to day as well. Let me know how this has impacted you :)

Savouring Day 6.

We put up our Christmas tree last week (anyone else?? 🙋‍♀️😂). I love turning it on in the evening as the sun goes down and watching the lights. Simple. Pretty. Joyful.
