This year, she stepped into the role of Head of Clients and Scheduling, a position that demands hard work, determination, and persistence. And yet, somehow, she makes it look effortless.

She doesn't just do the job; she pours herself into it, always looking for ways to grow and to lift those around her.

The devotion she shows to her family reflects everything she brings to this role: loyalty, love, and a genuine attentiveness that makes the people in her life feel truly seen and cared for.

After years of being in the concrete industry, Phil decided it was time for a change - from delivering concrete to delivering tender loving care!

After finding our name through a friend, he arrived out at the office and was pretty much hired on the spot!

He hasn't looked back since!

No better way than to start off the year celebrating the people who help make this run smoothly.

Jess has been our ride or die.
Taking on the toughest jobs just for the sake of helping. Not because Jess is money hungry, but because this is who she is. This is what comes naturally to her.

Jess is unapologetically herself, you can feel her love from a mile away and she never fails to show up for those she loves.

While she deals with her losses like recently losing a loved one, she chooses to stay positive and show up for others in their time of need. It takes a lot of strength and resilience to bounce back like that.

Congratulations, Isabella — our Employee of the Month for October! 🎉

Isabella recently embarked on an exciting new journey, moving up north to start a new chapter in her life. Thankfully, she was happy to take her role with her — although, if we’re being honest, we’re the lucky ones!

For the past four years, Isabella has been our incredible Head of Administration, and she has recently taken on the added responsibility of scheduling. We’re so grateful to have someone as dedicated, supportive, and team-oriented as Isabella. She’s always the first to lend a hand, find ways to make things run smoother, and step up whenever she’s needed.

Isabella has grown tremendously — not only in her professional role but also personally, taking on major life changes with grace and strength. Moving 14 hours away from family is no small feat, and yet she continues to shine.
