SleepSHAKE is proudly made in Queensland Australia 🌞🐨 within a TGA-licensed facility. We use government-regulated standards from day one of creating a supplement. From formulating according to TGA guidelines, to processing with quality practices, we leave nothing to chance! 🙏🏻

And we don’t stop there…Once a batch is done, we send it to an independent lab outside our walls for external testing. We don’t use shortcuts, and we don’t expect you to just “trust us.” We want proof of quality, just the same as you do 🧡

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) has been used in Chinese Medicine for thousands of years to calm the mind and support restful sleep 🍄

Research suggests Reishi works through two key pathways in the brain:

GABA: Reishi extract has been shown to increase GABA-A receptor activity: the same calming neurotransmitter system your nervous system relies on to wind down and transition into sleep.

Serotonin: Studies show Reishi increases levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) in the hypothalamus (the brain’s sleep-regulation centre) which plays a key role in initiating and maintaining sleep.

Together, these mechanisms may support shorter time to fall asleep, increased non-REM sleep time, and better overall sleep quality.

It’s also been shown to work through the gut-brain axis, supporting a healthy microbiome environment that further influences sleep and mood regulation 😄

One of the ingredients we’re excited to include in our new product SleepSHAKE is Ashwagandha! 🌙

When most people think about sleep, they focus on what helps them fall asleep. But the science shows that stress can be one of the biggest barriers to getting quality rest in the first place.

Ashwagandha is one of the most extensively studied adaptogenic herbs in the world. Clinical research has found that it may help reduce cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone, while supporting a calmer nervous system. Studies have also shown improvements in sleep quality, sleep efficiency, and overall wellbeing in people experiencing stress and poor sleep 🧡
