It’s super rewarding to be able to successfully keep a plant alive. We’re very excited to see 4 strawberries growing at the moment. Hubby bought me a herb garden for my 50th so we have all kinds of things growing at home now 🪴

I want to take a moment to say this book is so fabulous. I bought it so many years ago but it’s still so relevant. If you’re not familiar with it, there is a glossary in the back that addresses all kinds of ailments and describes possible causes and affirmations to say to begin the healing process. I use it a lot for my clients but I’ve also started using it for myself as having a baby at 49 does lead to all kinds of aches and pains and the body being out of alignment. It didn’t take long for me, working with the affirmations and doing some physio, to heal my body. Highly recommend Louise Hay 🩷

I love having fresh flowers in my home and often visit a small local florist and pay for a $20 arrangement they can make up for me while I wait.

Today though there was a different lady working there and she wasn’t sure where the little vases were so she made up this beautiful arrangement for me and when I tried to pay she waved me away.

What a beautiful gesture and completely unexpected. AND they match my Miracles Now deck by Gabby Bernstein perfectly ❤️🌈
