On top of being an incredible Yoga teacher, Clair is into sourcing and roasting the finest coffee beans and creating incredible coffee!

It's easy to assume that things are "bad" in real time when they don't turn out how we hoped.

But how many times can you now look back and think, "wow, if that 'bad' thing didn't happen then this 'good' thing wouldn't of happened as a result!".

In Yoga we call this preferred state as Equanimity.

Not catastrophising life when it doesn't meet our expectations can save a tremendous amount of energy.

Your energy is precious after all.

The Katha Upanishad provides us the first actual definition of yoga.

It gives us the iconic chariot metaphor: the ego is the chariot, the mind the reins, the intellect the charioteer, the Atman the passenger, and our senses are the wild horses that yoga restrains.

The 8 limbs would follow as a path for the devoted.

Kathleen is back with another 6 week Meditation Course starting Monday 20 Julyl 2026 at 7.15pm.

This program comprises of 6 one hour sessions every Monday night to teach you a range of traditional and accessible meditation practices.

Breath awareness, mindfulness, japa (mala beads), sound, candle and guided styles.

With beginner friendly theory and practical exercises this course is the perfect entry point into meditation or for the experienced meditator curious about different styles.
