NATURE CHALLENGE | BEACH DAY

Today's mission: Take my crystal singing bowls to the beach, play them by the water and capture some beautiful sounds of nature meeting vibration. ✨🌊

Today's reality: Got everything set up, found the perfect spot, and realised I'd left my mallets at home. 🤦🏻‍♀️

So instead, the bowls had a lovely little beach photoshoot. No vibrations, just good vibes.

But honestly, that's what this challenge is all about. Getting outside, slowing down, connecting with nature and making the most of whatever the day throws at you. 🌞🌿

Today brought sunshine, crystal-clear water, sandy toes and a little reminder not to take life too seriously. 🥰

The bowls may not have made a sound, but the beach certainly did.

There is something pretty bloody good about starting the day with your feet in the sand, salty air in your lungs and nowhere you particularly need to be.

And that's exactly what this challenge is about.
Not doing something impressive.
Just getting outside.
Finding little pockets of time to do something that makes you feel good.

🐬✨ Imagine waking up to this…

Dolphins swimming right outside your doorstep.
The morning sun coming up.
No alarms. No rushing. No emails.
Just you, nature & a moment to breathe. 🌊☀️

These are the moments that remind us how good it feels to slow down.

And honestly… I think we need more of them. 🤍

This is the kind of magic I want to create more space for.

One day, I’d love to bring people together here for a few days of sound, stillness, nature, connection & good vibes. ✨

🌿 FRIDAY. Exhale. You made it. 🌿

Whatever this week threw at you… you don't have to carry it into the weekend.

The emails.
The deadlines.
The overthinking.
The things you wish you'd said.
The things you wish you hadn't.
The constant “what do I need to do next?”

This weekend, give yourself permission to slow down.

🌞 THE SUNNI VIBEZ NATURE CHALLENGE 🌿

Today, I went to the beach and it got me thinking…

How often do we tell ourselves “I should get outside more”… and then another week goes by?

So this spring & summer, I'm changing that. 🌊☀️

I'm setting myself a little challenge:

🏖️ Visit as many different beaches as I can.

Not because I need to achieve anything.

Not because I'm keeping score.

But because I want to spend more time outside.
More time exploring.
More time moving.
More time noticing the world around me.

And I thought…

Why should I have all the fun? 😂

So I'm inviting you to create YOUR OWN nature challenge. 🌿

It can be absolutely anything that gets you outside and doing something you genuinely enjoy.

🌅 Watch more sunrises
🌄 Chase sunsets
🥾 Explore new hiking trails
🐦 Photograph birds
🌸 Search for wildflowers
🌊 Swim somewhere new
🐕 Take your dog somewhere different
📸 Take a nature photo every day
🧘‍♀️ Meditate outside
🌳 Explore somewhere you've never been
⭐️ Spend more nights under the stars

Or make up something completely your own.

There are no rules. No competition. No perfect streaks.

Just choose something you've been wanting to do more of… and make THIS the season you actually do it.

Because sometimes looking after ourselves isn't about adding another thing to our to-do list.

Sometimes it's about putting the list down and going outside.
