GP & MHCP REFERAL PROCESS 🌱

Hello! I've had a few questions about GP and Medicare referrals.

If you'd like to access psychology sessions through Medicare, your GP can provide a Mental Health Care Plan and referral, which may make you eligible for Medicare rebates.

I created Sow & Grow to offer genuine, down-to-earth support that feels practical, approachable, and easy to understand.

I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and work towards meaningful growth — whether that’s through support with stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

I offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions, with a particular passion for supporting rural communities.
