Support Coordinator – Join Our Team - part-time/casual/contractor role available
Blue Zone Care is a registered NDIS provider looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and motivated Support Coordinator who is passionate about helping NDIS participants achieve their goals.
Essential Requirements
* ✔ Previous NDIS Support Coordination experience
* ✔ Strong understanding of the NDIS and participant-centred approach
* ✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
* ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* ✔ Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
* ✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (if applicable)
5 years experience in the industry
