You are where you are meant to be.

So are they.

So am I.

It's easy to compare yourself or your child to others, what they can do or what they have.

Everything in nature has a gestation period. The grass does not try to grow...it just grows. Flowers do not stuggle to bloom. They do so when the time is right... just like us.

So breathe and enjoy this moment. There is not another one like it.

Children have stresses relative to their little lives

They are learning, growing and developing a sense of self and identity. Figuring out how they fit into the world and discovering how things work.

Equipping kids with tools to self regulate and reflect can be the difference between a happy, balanced child with a good self-image and a child who does even try not fulfill their potential because of a lack of self-esteem.

I feel so grateful when I see the comments from the kids and i know that they experience the benefits of the classes first hand. I love this what I do. 🧡💛💙❤💚💜

Seriously! I can't get over their little faces.

I love learning from them and growing with them. I love reflecting on the classes, understanding where I can be better and give more.

I love their individual personalities and inquisitiveness.
