October 2019

It has taken me a lot of confidence and courage to upload this progress picture. I hope I inspire others by posting my progress and also help others achieve their goal. So here is my journey.

I have always been skinny/slim through out my life. I used to eat fast food most of the time and do barely any exercise. I had a fast metabolism and never really gained any weight when I was younger.

Eventually eating bad and no exercise caught up to me. Also working in a office didn't help since I was always sitting down and did not do any exercise in my own time. I was mentally and physically not at my best and not happy.

I would usually feel sick after eating. I was always tired and lethargic no matter how much I slept. My immune system was very weak and I would always get sick.

I was ready to commit to my journey. I was motivated and ready to see results! I started my 6 week challenge by exercising 2/3 times a week and eating clean. As well as drinking my two shakes a day. After 6 weeks I managed to drop body fat and gain muscle, as well as losing 4kgs !

May 2020

I have lost 11kgs since I started my journey back in October last year and I feel amazing ! I am no longer always tired how I used to be. I am full of energy and my immune system is getting stronger. I do not get sick as often and I am still eating healthy food.
It was not easy at the start of my journey but it was so worth it and now has become more of a lifestyle rather than a diet.

What matters the most to me is mentally, physically and emotionally I am a much happier and positive person. I am more confident within myself and I am happy and grateful to wake up every day and enjoy life.

My transformation is still in progress and I am looking forward to keep smashing my goals and getting my results ! I hope everyone smashes their goals and results as well. Also if you need any advice or help with your journey I am a dm away 😘❀πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ’― Last but not least I am so grateful and thankful for Mary and Randa. Mary and Randa have been my side and have motivated and pushed me to becoming a better version of myself and help me achieve my goals 😘❀
