Shout out to Milkhouse Kurnell 🙌🏼🌟

Sponsors of the u14 local footy team + make sure you visit for their yum gluten free options!! ✨

The boys had a team brekky today as we head into the grand final prep… my son ordered the Bacon & Egg roll on GF bread + a brownie! Nothing was a problem for the staff 🥹 Thanks to Nat & her team xx

Sorry, no pic of the roll… he eats too fast 🫠

Kids LOVE stacked chips, but Pringles has “Wheat Starch” in it. However Woolworths Stacked Chips do not! 🙌🏼✨

It’s so easy to cut gluten out - just check your labels!! 🏷️(PS - the GF ones are $2 - super CHEAP!! 💁‍♀️🎉)

My recent ALDI Australia haul of GF snacks for the kids! Loads of choices, affordable prices! 💫

Takes a while to shop & check labels, but soooo much longer to sort it out in the pantry! But so satisfying once done! ✅

Edit… most of this was gone in 2 days 🫠
