Sometimes the ⭐️ stars align!

Just as I was starting to accept the bittersweet end of my business, a ray of hope appeared.

An email from Jane Palmer, renowned midwife and driving force behind birth international, changed everything.

Jane saw the potential in Best Birth Co. and wanted to keep it alive. With her extensive network and passion for supporting mothers she couldn’t be a better steward for this brand I have so lovingly created.

So it is with immense excitment that I announce that jane and the team at will be taking over the reins of Best Birth Co!

There is SO many exciting things that will come over this takeover.

What an incredible 6 years. This business has introduced me to the fiercest women I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know!

From Mummas who have taken the reins of their pregnancy & birth and used our cards to calm their anxiety, complement their hypnosis birth education or wanted to change their neural networks.

Now that I am no pregnant I find it hard to imagine what it felt like…I know strange but true.

Preparing for birth is both mental and physical!

Today marks the last day of Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge the journey we’re on together. Motherhood can be a wild ride, full of ups and downs, twists and turns. There are days when we feel like we’re crushing it, and others when we’re barely holding on.

But here’s the thing: you’re not alone in this journey. I see you, fellow mama. I see your struggles, your doubts, your fears. And I want you to know that I’m here for you, just as I am. No judgments, no expectations - just a compassionate heart & fellow Mama.

If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or just plain stuck, please know that there’s help available. Reach out to or - they’re here to support you every step of the way.

So, mama, don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Hire help if you can. Find ways to put yourself first, even if it’s just for 5 minutes a day. Take a deep breath, go for a walk, or connect with someone for a cuppa and let them be your listening partner so you can unload some or all of which you carry.

Small moments count, and they can add up to make a big difference. Most importantly, be kind to yourself, mama.

You’re doing the best you can, and that’s something to be proud of.❤️
