There is something truly special about people coming together in community and allowing their inner world to be seen and heard. When this happens, the protective walls we often build from past experiences in order to feel safe can begin to soften, creating space for greater flow, deeper connection, and a more authentic expression of ourselves.

You are warmly invited to an immersive Sound Immersion Experience that blends the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and gong with a body-centred meditation and expressive art, creating one deeply nourishing journey.

As the sounds gently wash over you, you will be guided through a body-based meditation designed to help you slow down, connect within, and access the wisdom, emotions, and expression that live beneath the surface of everyday life.
From this place of presence and connection, you will be invited to explore Soul Expression through intuitive water painting. Rather than focusing on creating a masterpiece, this experience offers a space to listen, feel, and allow your inner world to be expressed naturally through breath, colour, shape, movement, and creativity.

No artistic experience is necessaryonly a willingness to be curious, present, and open to what wishes to emerge.

Lately I have been exploring a question with God:

“What truly lights me up?”

Not just mentally… but within my body and being.

Today I had the surprising awareness that my breath itself did not light me up.

This honestly surprised me because breathing has been such a significant part of my healing journey. For the last 5 years I have deeply connected with my breath and the life force energy it brings. Breath has supported me through processing, grounding, regulation, emotion, connection and healing.

Yet beneath all of that, there still seemed to be subconscious thoughts, feelings and belief systems connected to breathing feeling more like a function, responsibility or chore rather than something joyful and life giving. Breath felt more like a way of surviving rather than thriving.

Instead of trying to change it, I simply stayed present with it. Breathed with it. Allowed myself to feel the space between. I noticed the sensations and tension my body was holding connected to these thoughts and feelings, almost as if my body was bracing and holding onto something.

As I was able to fully BE with this space, I felt a subtle shift.

Then an automatic deep relieving sigh moved through me and afterwards there was more lightness, playfulness and positive energy in my system.

When I checked in again, I was able to feel a soul smile light my face up and got a definite feeling that breathing does light me up.

Since then I’ve noticed:
✨ My breathing feels more effortless
✨ My mouth is naturally staying closed more
✨ I am walking faster with more energy
✨ My energy and capacity are increasing
✨ The wheezing and asthma symptoms I had been experiencing lately have settled and I’m not needing my puffer currently.

What feels most meaningful is not just symptom changes, but the relationship shift.

My body no longer feels like something I am managing. It feels like something I am reconnecting with.

I’m learning that healing is sometimes less about “fixing” ourselves and more about safely being with ourselves fully.

If you were to truly ask yourself, does your breath light you up? Notice what comes up and I encourage you to fully be with this space.

What a great movie. What a story to tell of a legends spirit that still remains alive til this day.

Thank you Michael Jackson for doing your part to help the world. Thank you for bringing your soul expression through fully, even when things became challenging. You knew you had a platform to create change, and you allowed what was inside of you to come out and light the world.
I am sorry I may have believed much of what the media portrayed you to be as I was growing up.

I see you.
I see your heart.
I see your humanity.
I see your desire to heal and bring people together through music, movement, expression, love, and truth.

I heard this song for the first time today, and the message felt so powerful and some wisdom I felt when my uncle passed away. The world could change for the better if we all allowed ourselves to cry.

Crying is healing.
Crying is letting go of what has been holding you back.
Crying is an expression of deep love.
Crying is allowing yourself to grieve.
Crying is allowing emotion to move instead of remaining trapped within the body.
Crying is cleansing.

Sometimes tears are not weakness at all, they are the soul finally being allowed to speak. ✨

Today I honour all who carry the heart of nurturing love on Mother’s Day.

To the mothers, mother in laws, grandmothers, stepmums, aunties, sisters, daughters, carers, mentors, nurturers, furbaby mums, and the dads who lovingly carry both mother and father roles. Thank you for the love you pour into the world.

I also honour the sons and daughters missing their mothers today, those grieving the loss of mothers, mother-in-laws, grandmothers, or mother figures whose love still lives on within them.Those longing to become mothers, those who have lost children or miscarried. Those who are carrying quiet grief today.

Like a waterfall, love continues to flow.
Gentle yet powerful.
Soft yet strong.
Constant even through changing seasons.

A waterfall nourishes everything around it, just as nurturing love brings comfort, wisdom, protection, and strength to the lives it touches.

I honour those who hold others through storms, who rise quietly with resilience, and who continue giving love even through their own pain.

Motherhood is more than biology. It is the heart that nurtures, protects, encourages, and loves deeply.

Like flowing water, love leaves ripples far beyond what can be seen.
May every person today feel seen, valued, appreciated, and wrapped in love.

There are moments where a song doesn’t just play..
it moves through you.
It awakens something deeper.
Something that was always there,
just waiting to be felt.

The song I listen to every morning to begin my day reminds me…
✨ of the aliveness in my bones
✨ the spark in my nerves
⚡ the lightning in my soul
🔥 The fire in my vocals
❤️The peace in my heart
🌈The love and hope within my being
🌟The freedom that flows and the inner sense that knows that we are getting closer.

It’s not just about listening
it’s about allowing yourself to feel fully.

Through my journey, I’ve discovered that some of the greatest shifts within my being have come from starting each day with prayer combined with noticing my breath and breathing.

When I truly notice my breath, I begin to feel where I am holding back as I speak these prayers, where I am not fully allowing them in.

And in that awareness, something softens.

As I continue on this path, the flow in my breath has deepened and my connection within my core has strengthened in ways I didn’t expect.

This morning felt especially special.
A warm cup of herbal tea, a candle flickering gently, and space to simply sit while listening, breathing, feeling into my body while receiving this beautiful prayer posted below.

There is a question that keeps rising within me.
Why do we wait until someone passes to say “Rest in peace”?

We have the opportunity to rest in peace while we are alive.
To choose it. To embody it. To walk in it.

I allow myself to rest in the deepest peace that is already within me and notice if my breath fully allows it. Notice what happens within my body when I allow my breath to fully land in this deep peace. To rest in it and to breathe from within it.

This doesn’t remove life’s struggles
but it expands my capacity to meet them.

To keep moving forward in alignment with God’s will and to gently release the stories my mind holds onto that keep me stuck.

Peace is not something we arrive at someday.
It is something we can begin living today.

Life isn’t always loud or obvious.
Sometimes it arrives softly, in whispers we almost miss.

The quiet moments.
The gentle shifts.
The small, unseen openings within us.

The more we deepen our connection with our entire being,
the more we begin to notice what was always there. The subtle blessings, quiet miracles, and glimmers of something greater.

It’s not that life suddenly gives more
it’s that we become more open to receiving.

There is beauty in the stillness.
There is guidance in the softness.
There is growth in simply noticing.

This is why I love to witness the sunrise. This is how I love to start my day. To help me be filled with strength, courage and peace no matter what obstacles come my way.

This morning I woke to a sunrise painted with grace. A gentle reminder of new beginnings.

As I camp with my beautiful family, surrounded by nature’s stillness, I also woke to the blessing of 500 souls walking alongside Rise Above Barriers Alchemy. 🌅

What began as a tiny seed of hope has grown into something so special. A space where flow, connection, courage, expression, grace, and equilibrium take root within and ripple outward.

From my heart to yours, thank you for being part of this journey, for believing in the light that continues to rise within and around us. 🙏🏻✨
