Exciting news! 🥳 The Model Workouts are one of the most popular features on and so I’ve decided to keep plenty more coming in 2023.

Genesis - my 8 week foundational strength program is also a huge hit and i have already started creating the next phase. This will take some time to produce but due to the success of Delta X Coach already (after just 1 month) I’ve decided to invest more time into the app in 2023, which wasn’t originally the plan.

It’s all thanks to the response from you all that Delta X Coach will continue to grow 😊🫶🏼
