Thursdays Seoul adventure took me to Handmadekorea Handarty Expo! This event showcased makers selling everything handmade from jewelry, quilts, sewing supplies, fabrics, food and more. I was surprised to see how Koreans have quilting styles that remind me of Amish patterns and colors and how creative people can be with a variety of textiles.

There weren’t any paper crafting style booths other than one stamp store so maybe that’s not a big thing here.

While I didn’t get as many items as the illustration fair a few weeks ago, I got a Little Twin Stars foldable duffle bag and a pair of pinking shears for my cross stitch projects!

Sometimes you just want to get crafty in a different way and that’s exactly what I did today! My best friend sent me a reel on Instagram the other day showing using watercolors to make a book themed project. I had all the supplies to recreate it in my own way and went to work.

I love the way these neon watercolors look and how this turned out! I’m not the best at water coloring but it’s fun to play with them and get some creative juices flowing. 👩🏻‍🎨🎨

Tonight during Makers Monday I mentioned our new baby! Welcome Franklin Delano Radloff (FDR 🤣) to our family! He’s a three month old Pomeranian I’ve been visiting for the past almost two months.

Him and Beans have been getting along great. We now have a Frank & Beans in our house 🤣
