She was here to explore it with love, joy and curiosity.”

Words that came through me. For life gives us space to continually shed old skin, to go in a new direction that we desire to go in, to seek a new path, to follow our hearts.

To open, to trust, to surrender, to see that life desires us to live with more love, joy and curiosity.

𝙲𝚊𝚗 𝚠𝚎 𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚜𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚖 𝚎𝚗𝚟𝚢?

The words in the 2nd image came through me a few days ago, in relation to reflections around this word. But what is envy? Envy is described as a feeling of discontented or resentful longing aroused by someone else’s possessions, qualities or luck. With this in mind I want to share something with you.

I’ve not had an easy upbringing, life and it has certainly not been a conventional, straight forward or without suffering. Regardless of the challenges I have faced I tend to have a optimistic spirit, a resilient soul and possess a magnetism for this reason I think. That magnetism has attracted both positive energy and sometimes not so positive into my life.

The not so positive has lead to me being bullied, pushed out of work places, judged, outcast for groups, become a victim of someones focused negative energy. I have realised that for whatever reason in life we will sometimes either be subject to envy or we can feel envious ourselves. The way both people charge that situation will decide on the outcome.

We all can have sprigs of jealousy in our lives, I have before and I think that is normal, for we all have desires. These desires and pangs can be used as a divine mirror to simply see more of what we would like in our worlds but envy I believe has a different energetic charge, one that does not always wish the best for the other person.

Finding satisfaction in another’s failures or challenges will never support your own journey. Someone else failing will not make us more successful.

In the world today I believe more energy toward supporting each other to rise is the way we all grow. That every persons seeds on this planet become more energetically charged and powerful when we also water the seeds of others, helping, supporting and cheering the dreams of others supports the growth and dreams of our own. Not the other way around.

I share this to say, if you have a feeling of jealousy or even a pang of envy, perhaps consider charging it with an energy of how can I support that persons dreams rather than hoping that another’s do not work out. Together we rise, we grow, we bloom.

𝙻𝚘𝚜𝚝

In order to find ourselves somewhere no one else has ever been, we must first find ourselves lost.

I remind you of this in those moments in life when it doesn’t make sense. When the road isn’t clear, when we feel we’re being thrashed around in life’s waves, not knowing which direction we will rise.

From my experience as I’ve learnt surrender, to follow my intuition and the flow with the rhythms of life’s divine waves the road is never truly clear but where ever those waves take us there is always a purpose, that is how we reach the places no one else has ever been and the true magic in life can exist. Ever been lost in a city and come across pure magic? Things you would not find on the normal tourist trail? It’s the same thing! There will always be those who follow the planned out trodden path and those who choose to go the unknown way, curiously exploring life, creating their own unique path.

I share this as a reminder for you and for me. Many times have I been in unknown places only to find myself in some magical land on an adventure I could never have predicted.

Do not fear the unknown places, lean into them knowing they are a gift and if you truly desire to find yourself living a life that no one else has been that’s truly unique to you, your dharma, your unique purpose, then you must sometimes find yourself lost. That is how you find your way.

𝘓𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴.

We’re constantly being given guidance on our path. Whispers, nudges, signals, symbols are everywhere if we’re awake enough to see them. These whispers are heard through our intuition. Intuition is something that I believe we can hone, craft, cultivate, listen so much more deeply. When we do, it become’s our super power.

Then suddenly signs and wild serendipitous ‘coincidences’ start entering your vortex like a magnet ALL THE TIME! Then Instead of being shocked or thinking its crazy you start to say ‘OF COURSE!’ . I cannot tell you how filled with these kind of moments my life is, almost every day!

Where if I had not for example turned left at that exact moment, tied my shoe, had to go back, what would not have arose. They start to come in thick and fast and then you find out you can also ask for them. So not only do the whispers come in as naturally as breathing you can also ask for your answers and as if by magic there they are.

So often the universe also punctuates its whispers by repeating them. It’s the universe saying LISTEN! You keep being shown a symbol for example like this rose that was randomly given to me by my friend who came up to me this morning on the beach at a time I don’t often swim, the exact timing of this meant the rose she picked up at the beach then became her gift to me. A symbol I am seeing almost every day at the moment….its wild! Im like ok universe/god i’m listening. Or for example you keep bumping into the same person in striking random moments, perhaps when they have been on your mind. This is the universe saying listen there is something I am trying to tell you. Explore it even if it doesn’t make sense, especially if it doesn’t make sense I say.

Sometimes these signs can be for you to move toward them or to move away from them (Almost like a test to see if you’ve learnt) They are always showing us something.

Listen to the whispers. Take moments in you life to see things that you would not ordinarily. Start to look up instead of down, take time in quiet to listen to what life is desiring you to know. Intuition is one of my favourite things to work with my clients on!

𝚂𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚊𝚜 𝚊 𝚏𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚌𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚜 𝚘𝚌𝚎𝚊𝚗

“She was a ferocious ocean in this moment, her hips swelled violently creating a tumbling, growling wave making its way to the rocks beneath, smashing wilfully against the surface, her power, her devotion to her authentic expression created smooth over the jagged edges of the rocks below over time.

She was the feminine power that both devours, flows free, is strong and also wilful and soft and serene.

The masculine standing in its truth and power is the steady rocks below, not the little grains of sand that are moved away from the shore with such ease..... oh no, the true masculine power was the rock that held steady and strong in the storm.

Feeling the feminine fire erupt, feeling her roar, watching her display her inner expression so will fully did not deter him in his power and truth. He did not fear it, see it as too much, he did not try to contain her or control her. He just held the space for her, of course he could, he had been there for centuries.

He was able to hold that calm in the storm, to allow his rounded edges to create that surface for the feminine flow to move against and eventually soften against when she eases her expression and falls back into her softness. For she knows she is held, she no longer needs to display or release. She can just be held with ease and with peace.

She knows that even in the storm you will remain, you will hold her and love her for every aspect of her ocean each day.”

Words I wrote some time ago expressing the feminine power and I was remind of there power. Her soft gentle side and also her ability to be a whole storm, longing for the masculine to be the rock in all her facets.

I spent far too long trying to be the lapping ways in the shore when an entire ocean existed within me. Meeting far too many pebbles and not enough rocks along the way.

Our expression and full magnificence is not here to be tamed or caged but to be felt and explored in magnificent ways.

Only can the truly evolved, awakened masculine hold space for the full, awakened feminine.
