I love when I’m being guided without even realising ✨

It’s been happening for me so much lately.. the more I lead with heart and body rather than my mind, the more and more little miracles keep happening. And I LOVE IT!!!

Such a nice reminder to keep allowing, keep following and receiving. Yess to alignment. I am so open to more of this please!! 🙏🏼🧡

Come home to yourself..

Not sure how? Let me help take you there.

I will be offering Massage and Energy Medicine sessions from this divine new space Elemental & Co

My style of massage is my signature style. A fusion of Lomi Lomi, Swedish and deep tissue guided by your spirit and what your body needs.

Last Saturday I was fully booked and have decided to open up bookings for this Saturday. Only 2 spots left. 1:30 and 3pm.

I will also soon be offering full Energy Medicine sessions both online and from this space ✨

To make a booking, send me a message or reach out to the fabulous team Elemental & Co

Restore and Reconnect is clearing the shelves and closing.

On to new ventures for me ✨ and the shelves are starting to look a little bare.. they use to be restocked and full! It feels bitter sweet. Here’s the current stock list;

Magnesium Flakes are almost gone
3 jars
15 bags left

Magnesium Oil Small 50ml travel size
12 left

Still a number of 125ml Magnesium Oil (the O.G) and rollers left although the way they’ve been moving lately, I wouldn’t leave it too long.

Feel free to jump on the website to make an order www.restoreandreconnect.com.au Free shipping for orders over $75.

Thank you to those who have already placed massive orders 🧡

As some may know over the next couple of months, Restore and Reconnect will be closing down.

I will be continuing to do markets with the remaining stock. So come and see me while I’m still around! Have a chat and/or stock up on your favourites 🧡

Some would call it avoidance.. I call it seeking inspiration 🧚🏼

Cause if I am not moved or inspired by something, anything .. I’m probably not going to post 🤷🏼‍♀️

I choose to stay in alignment with whats important to me and what my soul wants to express and I opt out of that forced, old programming.

The ones that get it are my people! Where are my people at???

Mostly grateful for the amazing humans I met along the way! 🧡

The end of a 7 year cycle 🧡

Restore and Reconnect will be closing its doors.

This is your invitation, to let all the Restore and Reconnect Magnesium Oil lovers know, if you’re wanting to restock, or stock up, or introduce it to a friend or get prepped for Christmas here’s is your chance.

This is the final collection. I won’t be restocking or re-pouring.

You can grab some either on the website, at one of our amazing stockists, or at one of the upcoming markets.
Avoca_Markets or Cobbitty Village Markets
Please also feel free to share with anyone you know that might not get this due to algorithms. I’d hate for anyone to miss out.

I will also be Elemental & Co offering massage and energy medicine if that’s something you’re needing right now.

Massive THANK YOU to all who have supported this journey! More thank you to comes when I truly shut the doors.

Otherwise, more updates coming soon.

Thank you. I love you
