“Your tests are normal.”
“Maybe you’re just stressed.”
“Try to relax.”

Too many women experiencing pelvic or sexual pain have heard some version of this.

Conditions like endometriosis, vulvodynia and pelvic floor dysfunction deserve proper assessment—not dismissal.

Pain may be common, but that doesn’t mean you should simply tolerate it.

We have access to more sexual health information than ever before.

The problem? More information doesn’t automatically mean better information.

TikTok, Google, Reddit and AI can all be starting points—but sexual health deserves evidence, context and qualified guidance.

Learn your body. Ask questions. Check your sources.

When the news feels heavy, it can be easy to believe that nothing is changing.

But progress is still happening — through stronger protections, national strategies, and policies designed to make women and girls safer.

These updates are reminders that change can be slow, uneven and far from complete… but it is still being fought for.

**Hope doesn’t mean ignoring what’s wrong. It means noticing where progress is being made, too.**

We need to stop treating pain as something women are simply expected to tolerate.

If discomfort is changing how you move, work, connect with your partner or experience intimacy, it matters.

Common doesn’t mean harmless. And tolerating pain shouldn’t be the default.

Save this post if you’ve ever questioned whether your pain was “bad enough” to seek support.

Stop shaming women for choosing a life that makes them happy , whether that life includes children or not.

Choosing to have children is just as valid and honourable as choosing not to have them. Neither decision makes a woman more or less fulfilled, loving, feminine, or worthy.

Her life. Her choice. Her happiness.

Get over it.

Pelvic pain can be difficult to describe, easy to minimise and, unfortunately, too often dismissed.

Burning, pressure, stabbing pain, pain during pe*******on or discomfort that interferes with everyday life all deserve to be taken seriously.

You don’t need to wait until pain becomes unbearable before asking questions. Being listened to is part of good healthcare.

We learned about periods, pregnancy and reproduction… but how much were we actually taught about female pleasure and the cl****is?

Understanding your anatomy isn’t inappropriate. It’s basic health education.

And better education can mean better communication, more confidence and a healthier relationship with your own body.
