Welcoming James Naylor to the Lúthri family.

A long-distance runner who believes the body was built to go further than the mind says it can. On 25 June, James sets out from Melbourne. Ten days later, he plans to arrive in Sydney - 1,000 kilometres on foot. One hundred a day.

But he doesn’t just run for the sake of running but to start a conversation about mental health, and to prove that endurance is as much a mental discipline as a physical one.

Lúthri will be with James every kilometre, fuelling the run with Athletic Nutrients and documenting the journey as it unfolds. Follow along from 25 June.
